This policy explains what data AgenixSocial collects, why we collect it, how we store and protect it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an AgenixSocial account we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
Brand and product context. We store the Brand DNA profile data you provide, including tone notes, keyword guardrails, brand archetypes, product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing imported from your storefront or added manually.
Social platform connections. If you connect Instagram, Facebook, or Threads, we receive OAuth tokens and use them to read post data and publish content on your behalf. We do not store your social platform passwords.
Usage data. We collect information about how you use the platform: studios visited, generations initiated, credits consumed, and session timing. This is used to improve the product and calculate your billing.
Communications. If you contact us by email or through the platform, we retain those records to support your account.
2. How we use your information
To operate the platform. Brand DNA, product context, and OAuth tokens are used directly to power content generation, publishing, and product-aware AI workflows.
To improve AgenixSocial. Usage patterns help us understand which features are working and where to invest in product quality.
To manage billing. Credit consumption data is used to calculate charges and produce invoices.
To communicate with you. We may send account notices, product updates, and support responses to the email address on file. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
To comply with law. We may process or retain data when required by applicable legal obligations.
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on infrastructure in cloud regions governed by industry-standard security controls. Brand and product context is stored encrypted at rest. OAuth tokens are stored with additional encryption beyond the baseline.
We apply access controls so that only systems and personnel with a direct operational need can access your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
No system is completely immune to attack. We monitor for unauthorized access and will notify you promptly if a breach affects your account data.
4. Third-party AI and services
AgenixSocial uses third-party AI model providers to power content generation. Your brand context and product data are sent to these providers as prompts at the time of generation. We select providers whose data processing terms are consistent with this policy.
We use analytics, error-monitoring, and infrastructure providers who may process technical data (logs, error traces) on our behalf. These providers process data under data processing agreements.
We do not use your brand or product content to train third-party AI models beyond what those providers' standard terms permit.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your brand context, product data, and generated assets within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for fraud prevention.
Usage and billing records are retained for up to 7 years to satisfy financial reporting obligations.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your data. Submit requests to the contact address below.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR or UK GDPR including the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
If you are in California, you have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell your data).
7. Cookies
AgenixSocial uses essential cookies for session management and authentication. We use analytics cookies to understand how the marketing site is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser without affecting core platform functionality.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
